Ask a Professional
Hey!,
Mike here, hope your doing great.
I had a bit of a scary situation early Monday morning. I'm not even sure what time it was but it was very early when the phone rang. It was my Mom. Mother is friendly and does like a chat, but i new she wasn't calling for a chat. Now, some of you may know that my Dad unfortunately had 2 minor strokes late last year and has been recovering ever since. So when i answered and mom said "It's your Dad" my heart jumped! she quickly said "he's called, and he's not feeling great" which made me feel a little relieved that the worst hadn't happened.

I got dressed and left quickly and went down to see him. When i was driving i was praying, "I'm sure all will be well". When i arrived, He wasn't good, but i did my best to make him feel comfortable. After going though some checks
(check out stroke awareness here=>>Act Fast) to see his movement and level of awareness he started to feel better. So i decided not to call the emergency services. I then made him a tea (the world is always a better place with a cup of tea!) and he began to liven up. I then called the local surgery and checked out the website to see if there was anything else i could or should have been doing. I'm pleased to say after speaking with my Dad today he is feeling much better.

For
those who do take action, I'm all for taking action, but often they are not sure of the best way to eat
healthily & exercise so they just do what they think is best. Whilst
that may give some benefit, its not always the best way to go about
feeling and looking your very best and may even be detrimental.
People
want results fast. That's a fact. But without the right information and guidance, many people just get frustrated and give up. You may have even been in that situation yourself? We live in world today where if its
not done or achieved today, its too late. If you want results and without wasting your time, working with professional personal trainer or exercise specialist will have
you moving safely and quickly towards your said goals. Whilst getting fast results is not always the right way for everyone, information and advice from a professional will be the best way to safely and effectively reach your goals.
