How you doing today? I hope you're feeling good and all is well.

I know exercise can be hard sometimes, so its good to be reminded from time to time why it's good to keep going.......
You exercise because......
1. You want to keep fit healthy and well
2. You want to fit into that nice dress or suit for that special occasion
3. You want to live longer to enjoy your family and friends
4. You want to reduce your risk of disease
5 You want to look and feel younger
6 You enjoy exercise
7. You know its the right thing to do
8. You FEEL much better and have more energy when you're exercising regularly
9. You are in a much better mood when you're exercising
10. Your eating habits are much healthier when you exercise.
11. You LIKE yourself and everything seems much easier when you are exercising.
12. People like you MORE when you're exercising.
I know i said 10 but i added those extra two for you because i know from personal experience they are very true!
